How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping (3–7 business days) is available at checkout where applicable. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also contact us at support@bawax.com with your order number for an update.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the United States and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@bawax.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right immediately.
