Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Bawax purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@bawax.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different product of equal value. Contact us at support@bawax.com to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
